The two homes on the property sleep (20) and are situated on a beautiful 5 acre setting just 7 miles from downtown Dripping Springs and 30 miles from Austin. We are also close to wedding venues, breweries and state parks.

It is the perfect setting for relaxation and sharing the experience of an open campfire, outdoor games, a morning coffee or evening drinks.
Sleeping accommodations are well distributed between the two homes providing flexibility that will allow you to establish the best sleeping arrangements for your party. With 15 beds, we can easily accommodate 20 people. There is plenty of space for your group to spread out.
The ranch House
This spacious and thoughtfully designed home has a two-story great room and all the conveniences of home with a large gathering table which seats up to 14 and 2 more at the kitchen bar. Here you can lean back on the rocking chairs on the covered porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails as you take in a breath of fresh air and hope to catch a glimpse of a deer. (Sleeps 12)

The modern bohemian decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A small indoor eating space is available and just outside the front door are picnic tables protected from the sun and shade trees that illuminate with lighting for your evening meals and gatherings. The home sits on top of a hill and has a balcony perfect for stargazing and beautiful sunsets. (Sleeps 8)
